Research Exchange

Our fourth annual Research Exchange, in July 2018, provided an opportunity for people from different industries and sectors to share experiences and ideas about innovation and best practice in customer service and insight research.

Our annual cross-sector research event in 2018 had over 50 attendees - see list below - including our clients, research partners, our consumer panel members and our Trustees
